David Grubb: General Manager
David Grubb left school one Friday back in 1976 and started work as an apprentice Panel Beater the following Monday. For the next few years after completing his apprenticeship he tried a number of different jobs including Lifeguard for Wollongong City Council, Barman at Woonona RSL and Hoopers Hotel Woonona also working 2 years on the Illawarra electrification before heading overseas to work as a Lifeguard in the UK and a Ski Guide in Austria.

On returning to Australia at the age of 28 not knowing what career path he was destined to, a good friend suggested real estate. the rest is as they say history. David found that from the first day he loved Real Estate and he still does.

Whilst almost two decades of service to his clients, his community and his company would be a cause for many people to look back with satisfaction, David is a man who continues to look towards the future.

His close monitoring of long term business trends allows him to plan well in advance, a commitment that has played a major role in the phenomenal growth of David Grubb Real Estate.

Yet despite the time demands of running a leading Real Estate agency in the Wollongong suburbs, David manages to give value back to the industry and the community. He is an active supporter on many community groups and organisations and is in frequent demand by the media for lively, expert commentary on the Real Estate market.

David has conducted over 200 auctions over his career, which makes him one of Wollongong's most experienced and skilled auctioneers.

A long business day, often extended by evening activities, leaves little time for leisure. However, David keeps Sunday as a family day and spends valuable time with his children Kiah & Pipah. The whole family enjoys swimming, playing tennis and snow skiing at Perisher in winter, leaving little time for David to see his beloved Dragons take the field.

Sharon Blazic – Office Manager
Sharon has been appointed Office Manager at David Grubb Real Estate, she has lived in the Wollongong area for most of her life, living in the Dapto area then moving to Balgownie at the age of 14. After leaving school worked in Sydney for 5 years before gaining employment in the Wollongong area and then started her career in real estate.

Sharon now lives in the Northern Suburbs of Wollongong with her husband and two children and enjoys fishing, weekends away and spending time with her family.

Sharon comes to David Grubb Real Estate over 16 years experience within the real estate industry. A devotee to the management side of real estate, Sharon has focused her career mainly around the property management area and developing her skill base with the aim to become an office manager.

Sutton Lawson – Property Manager
Sutton comes to us with over 4 years Real Estate experience. Sutton specialises in maintaining an owner’s asset by thoroughly screening all potential rental applicants and ensuring the investment is maintained to a high standard. Sutton always prides herself in giving honest and genuine services to her clients.

Sutton is an ethical person with an impeccable client/customer focus, she possesses not only strong communication skills, but a clear understanding of the importance of keeping clients thoroughly informed.
